About the Brand

Luxe Beauty Fix is an independent aesthetics practice founded by cosmetic injector Karen Haeck, specializing in cosmetic and wellness injections. As a new business entering a competitive market, the goal was to establish a polished, trustworthy brand that would inspire confidence, attract new clients, and create a seamless experience from the first online search to booking an appointment.

As Karen's marketing consultant, I developed and executed a comprehensive brand strategy focused on building her digital presence from the ground up. Built a custom Wix website to establish a credible and professional online presence for Luxe Beauty Fix. The website was designed to improve search visibility, provide clients with easy access to services and business information, introduce Karen and her brand, and create a seamless booking experience through Vagaro integration.

By centralizing information and enabling online scheduling, the website saves valuable administrative time while enhancing the overall client experience.

Led the migration from AestheticsPro to Vagaro, managing the transition of the business's booking and administrative systems while ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and staff. I also provided ongoing training and support to help Karen confidently adopt the new platform and maximize its capabilities.

A-Frame Sign is designed to be waterproof and lightweight easy to carry for Karen, with a scannable QR code and contact information.

Tri-Fold Menu is designed to help clients get to know Karen, let potential clients explore available services, and easily help clients book online or follow Luxe Beauty Fix on instagram.

Email Marketing

Developed branded email campaigns to keep clients informed about new services, promotions, and seasonal specials while encouraging repeat appointments and strengthening long-term client relationships. Automated client birthday emails to offer a birthday discount and encourage clients who may not have booked an appointment in a while to come back.
