Since joining Classique Spa as an esthetician in 2020, I’ve grown into the role of Marketing Manager in 2024, leading the spa’s brand modernization and digital presence. My work includes launching a new website, managing the Meevo scheduling platform, SEO optimization, developing promotional marketing strategies, overseeing social media and content calendars, creating and editing professional photo and video content, designing print marketing materials and storefront displays, executing email marketing campaigns, and maintaining ongoing website updates to create a cohesive and elevated client experience.

The result was a refreshed brand identity that feels modern while staying deeply aligned with the spa’s core experience. From the updated logo and cohesive visual system to the refined messaging and tone, every element was thoughtfully designed to create a comforting, elevated brand presence across every customer touchpoint.

The Rebrand

The previous brand lacked consistency across platforms, with outdated visuals, mismatched fonts and colors, and an unclear brand voice. Through collaboration with the owner, therapists, and loyal clients, we uncovered what truly makes Classique unique and used that to inform the brand’s design.

Capturing Classique

I collaborated with Sunborne Studio to create a custom photography and videography library that captures the atmosphere, services, and calming essence of Classique Spa. Through thoughtfully styled imagery and a custom editing preset applied across all visuals, we established a cohesive and recognizable visual tone for the brand.

These assets continue to be invaluable across digital advertising, social media, print materials, signage, and more. While stock photography can fill space, authentic, high-quality imagery of the actual spa creates a stronger sense of professionalism, trust, and connection with clients.

Fast-Tracking a Digital Audience

For Sacred Reflections Oracle, I fast-tracked the brand’s digital audience by establishing a presence on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Youtube and Pinterest in order to reach our target demographic.

I created tailored strategies for each platform, considering unique algorithms, and consistently posted content with a cohesive brand voice and design to maximize engagement, reach new audiences, and drive orders.

Short-form video content was a key part of our marketing strategy. By utilizing platforms like TikTok, Youtube Shorts and Instagram Reels, we effectively reached new audiences through the algorithm, which promotes engaging, interest-based content. These platforms are home to communities that closely match our target demographic, individuals interested in mindfulness, spirituality, and creative self-expression, making them ideal for sharing and promoting our oracle deck.

I filmed, edited, and posted original content, as well as edited and repurposed footage created by the deck’s creator, Sharlean. This collaborative approach allowed us to maintain a consistent visual style and voice across all video content while maximizing reach and engagement.
